Race Number Guidelines. All aircraft participating in the Lone Star Air Rally will be required to display a race number in a color that contrast the aircraft's paint scheme. Race numbers will be displayed on both sides of the fuselage and may be located on the nose, aft of the wing or the vertical tail. Race numbers will be no smaller than 18 inches and must be visible to the race officials on the ground. Contact the race team if your aircraft can not display an 18 inch number. Ordinary hardware store "shelf paper", electrical tape, masking tape, etc.. has been used successfully as race number materials. WhaWho lets go racing!
